Qualifying college coursework may substitute for experience at a rate of 15 semester hours for every six months of experience.
You understand case management principles and can effectively assess individual needs, coordinate services, and monitor progress.
You have strong communication and organizational skills and can maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
You can work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
You are comfortable collaborating with staff, community organizations, and other agencies to coordinate services.
You can gather, review, and analyze information to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
You are committed to professionalism, accountability, and supporting individuals as they work toward positive change.

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

You have experience working with justice-involved individuals, particularly those navigating recovery, trauma, or complex reentry barriers.

You are familiar with trauma-informed practices, motivational interviewing, and approaches that encourage individual engagement and accountability.
