8 hour shift available. Benefits are available to all employees that work 4+ hours a day. Requirements / Qualifications
Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required in human resources or
employment office operations of three years.

Education (Minimum): Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area with an
emphasis in human resource management, psychology, business, or related field.

Equivalency: Applicant is required to have any combination of education and experience equivalent to two
years of college-level coursework in human resource management or a related field and three
years of experience in a human resources or employment office.

PROMOTIONAL / OPEN COMPETITIVE RECRUITMENT

This recruitment is open to both current district employees and outside applicants. Qualified promotional candidates will receive priority consideration. Open competitive candidates will be considered once the top three eligible promotional candidates have been exhausted, in accordance with Personnel Commission rules.
