JOB DESCRIPTION:
To perform a variety of duties involving the operation of the Bright Futures Learning Center. Acts as the primary resource regarding available materials.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

KNOWLEDGE OF:
- terminology, purpose, operations, and practices of the Bright Futures Learning Center;
- cataloging procedures and methods;
- proper English grammar, usage, vocabulary, and spelling.
- developmental levels of school-age children and age appropriate media materials.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate of Arts Degree or Equivalent experience as demonstrated by exam
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. maximum or carry any object weighing up to 25lbs.
- First Aid Certificate including CPR
- Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance
- TB test clearance

** All applicants MUST pass the District's Bright Future Learning Tech written exam. Date and location listed above. Applicant must email Personnel to confirm they will attend the exam. If you do not come on the assigned date, you will not be eligible for this position.

If you have passed the BFLC Tech exam through our District within the past two years, you will need to contact Personnel to verify that you will not need to retest, or you may be disqualified from this posting.
