Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accountable for day-to-day Learning Management System support. Responding and resolving basic support tickets, creating material, rosters, training deployment, and overall general LMS administration, globally. (70%)
Aid in the configuration, administration and technical support related to the Check-In / Feedback process. (15%)
Conduct external research, benchmarking best practices and evaluations in the following areas: employee development, LMS functionality, Learner Content, etc. Create and deploy ongoing Surveys to evaluate Talent Management programs. (15%)
Representative Qualifications:
Exposure working in a global environment
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
Enhanced Customer service skills, responsive attitude
Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization
Strong sense of urgency and ability to complete assigned tasks
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities
Highly detail-oriented and accurate
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ability to grasp new technical skills quickly
