DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will manage the comprehensive care of consumers by overseeing nursing staff and implementing nursing practices. Your role will be central to ensuring consistent care delivery and supervision, serving as a vital resource for the team while observing and evaluating consumer support services. By working closely with fellow supervisors, you will help foster a supportive team culture and maintain a safe environment for everyone. Additional responsibilities include driving staff development and ensuring strict compliance with organizational policies. Your extensive job knowledge will be essential in making critical decisions that enhance the quality of care and operational excellence within the facility.Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 40 hours per weekWork hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (2nd shift); rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays; with a 30-minute lunch. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orFour years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physica
