Run the program's operating rhythm
: weekly PMO syncs, internal Program Management Reviews, action tracking, and risk and issue management.
Collect and maintain operational metrics
and award fee evidence, such as staffing, schedule, delivery, and responsiveness, to support the PM's self-assessments and Contract Status Reviews.
Track CDRL and non-CDRL deliverables
and coordinate their preparation and on-time delivery.
Act for the Program Manager
in their absence.
