Track and publish material availability for the S&OE horizon to support shortage prioritization.
Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to secure timely delivery of materials and convert planned orders to production orders on time.

Exception Management & Escalation
Process and troubleshoot SAP/MRP exception messages for internal work orders and STOs.
Escalate slips or production impacts that could affect customer delivery commitments.
Support inter-site transfer order alignment to meet customer priorities.

Prepare and present operational insights to support leadership decision-making.
Support inputs into monthly Supply Review and S&OE forums.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at stabilizing and optimizing production planning processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner daily with Operations, Master Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Inventory Control, Program Management, and Logistics.
