THE POSITION

Apply for this Management Analyst 2 position with the Bureau of Administrative Services, Management Services Division. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position serves as our team’s single point of contact for print and design requests from several program areas including Unemployment Compensation, Secretary’s Office, and the Bureau of Administrative Services. Work involves prioritizing projects to ensure timeliness as well as identifying problems, reviewing and analyzing possible changes, making recommendations, and implementing solutions. As a Management Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties: Desktop Publishing: Create and modify project files, apply graphic production concepts and branding specifications, and proofread materials for grammar, accuracy, and accessibilityInternal Form Orders: Prepare, submit, and track requests for forms and other types of printed materials through internal procurement and order management systemsPrint Vendor Coordination: Analyze program office print needs and distribution requirements, initiate requests through commercial and state print vendors, and provide guidance to help offices achieve desired resultsProgram Office Projects: Communicate with program staff in person, over the phone, and via email to discuss their document and form needs, determine project methods, revise proofs, and obtain final approvalsForm Analysis: Study form history, evaluate effectiveness, compare production costs, and recommend improvementsInterested in learning more?
