The Department of Human Services, Wernersville State Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Repairman 2 to perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our buildings and structures by performing tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and masonry work. You will perform this skilled work at the journeyman level exercising technical independence in determining work methods and procedures. The primary duties of the position will consist of being responsible for the installation of electric circuits, ballasts, lighting, etc., installation of plumbing fixtures, painting of interior and exterior surfaces, installation of drywall and etc. Interested in learning more?
