In this role you will be responsible for the direct supervision of a team of LCB Technician 1s and 2s in the Licensing Information Center. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The LCB Licensing Supervisor requires extensive knowledge of the liquor code, regulations, board policy, and case law, in addition to caseload management, legal procedures, disciplinary, and grievance procedures. It also requires in-depth knowledge of the Bureau of Licensing POSSE and PLCB+ systems and its impact on the day-to-day work process.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week. This position currently reports to the office on Wednesdays. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year of experience as an LCB Licensing Specialist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orSix years of technical experience interpreting and applying statutes, program policies, or industry regulations; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
