If so, The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), Bureau of Licensing, Administrative and Divergent Licensing Affairs Division has the perfect job for you! As an LCB Licensing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to review and process liquor license and permit applications in support of the licensing program administered by the PLCB. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for examining, analyzing, and evaluating licenses, permits, and supporting documents to determine correct execution, eligibility, and subsequent approval or denial of applications. Work involves reviewing and determining acceptability of legal documents, such as agreements of sale, partnership agreements, leases, court orders, franchise agreements, IRS seizures, bankruptcy orders, as well as opinions, liens, and writs. You will have the opportunity to examine pertinent files for complaints, convictions, citations, suspension, appeals, hearings, and any other irregularities or pending action which may affect the eligibility of the applicant and/or premises as well as for any other pending applications.Make your career aspirations a reality with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board! Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 4 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
