THE POSITION
Are you a strategic leader who is passionate about operational integrity and health care compliance? The Bureau of Community Services, Division of Program Operations is seeking a Human Services Program Representative 1 to be the backbone of our provider network, overseeing the end-to-end enrollment and qualification lifecycle for the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) administered waivers. You will lead the charge in ensuring statewide consistency, driving high standards of compliance, and empowering providers to deliver life-changing services. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As the statewide lead and subject matter expert for Participant-Directed Services (PDS) and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), you will ensure the operational integrity and compliance of these programs across all applicable waivers. You will be responsible for leading statewide EVV oversight. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance indicators and recommending corrective actions while providing central guidance on PDS delivery models. This role involves developing operationally sound policies, managing provider orientation and onboarding curricula, and ensuring consistent application of enrollment standards. Working cross-functionally with legal, financial, and program integrity teams, you will mitigate compliance risks and deliver comprehensive training and communications to stakeholders and system partners.Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
