The Department of Human Services is seeking a skilled, energetic, and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our dedicated dietary services team. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of comprehensive nutritional care for residents at Clarks Summit State Hospital. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for planning and organizing a comprehensive patient nutrition care program, including those requiring therapeutic or prescribed diets. Responsibilities include developing, modifying, and implementing menus and individualized nutrition care plans in accordance with physicians' orders and established nutritional standards. The nutrition care program also encompasses conducting nutritional assessments, reviewing diet histories, and completing required medical record documentation. Work is performed with a high degree of initiative and independent professional judgment.Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
