Responsibilities:

Own routine AP/AR, billing support, cash application, reconciliations and transaction processing.

Prepare supporting schedules for close, reporting and tax/CPA requests for Sr. Accountant review.

Support payroll accounting mechanics, vendor/account maintenance, customer payment recording and routine accounting follow-up.

Research discrepancies before escalation and provide organized facts/recommendations.

Support both aerospace and real estate accounting workflows with flexibility and accuracy.

Maintain documentation and recurring accounting procedures.

Required:

3+ years of accounting support, staff accounting or transactional accounting experience.

Strong AP/AR, reconciliations, documentation and Excel skills.

Comfort working across multiple entities/business models.

Advanced Excel user skills

Microsoft Office Suite competency

Refined verbal and written skills

Strong organizational skills

Reliable team player

Ability to self-manage and motivate

Capacity to successfully adhere to instructions on repetitive and/or new assignments
