A general sourcing tool can tell you a person exists. We can tell you who is hiring against them right now, in which city, at what salary, and how long they have been sitting where they are. That is the difference between a list of names and a list of people worth calling. Searching costs you nothing, however often you run it; you pay only when we hand you a working way to reach someone.

It is ours: 750,000+ records — 390,000+ job postings and 393,000+ locations — observed continuously from 580+ official sources since 2025-12-07, across 57 states and territories, 111 cities and 57 counties, covering 6,300+ employers seen hiring. A search reaches a people graph of 100M+ profiles across the vendor databases we license and are permitted to resell, and we filter that against the record: which employers are hiring, where, at what price, on the day you write the brief.

It is not a filter we sell: the clearance field is populated on zero rows, so filtering on it would return nothing. Employer history at the cleared primes is the strongest proxy available, and we treat it as a proxy rather than as confirmation. One candidate’s contact channels — whatever we are able to disclose for that person, typically a work email and LinkedIn — brought into your workspace permanently. Enriching the same person twice never charges twice. If nobody can be reached, it does not count against your allowance.

Per seat. Five seats on Pro is five times $299 and five times 500 candidates — but the credits land in one pooled balance the whole team draws on, with no per-person cap on who spends them. Uneven usage across a desk is the normal case.
