Summary:
Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Program/Project Coordinator - Functional Team Lead.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Lead administrative/program coordination support across the organization.
Coordinate taskers, meetings, agendas, minutes, staffing packages, correspondence, and suspense tracking.
Support personnel in-processing, organization charts, rosters, records, purchase requests, travel/visitor coordination, and office operations.
Administer or support ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, SharePoint, OneNote, and related Government systems.
Coordinate and standardize administrative processes across teams.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
Senior-level executive/program coordination.
DoD administrative processes and correspondence.
Task/suspense management.
Records/document management.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and senior stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage numerous simultaneous efforts and deadlines.
Ability to handle CUI, proprietary, acquisition-sensitive, and other sensitive information.
Travel: Up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
Current PAE MP/DHA incumbent Program Coordinator or Administrative Team Lead.
ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, ATAAPS and SharePoint experience.
Fort Detrick experience.
DHA tasker/staff-action experience.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $110,000.
