QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year of experience working with "at-risk" students in an educational or social services setting is desired. Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, developmental, emotional, and behavioral disabilities and non-violent, verbal and physical intervention techniques. Requires appropriate English usage, punctuation, spelling, grammar, and arithmetical concepts. Must possess a current and valid California driver license. Outside applicants must provide documentation of AA degree or equivalent. Applicants selected for employment will be required to submit fingerprinting at their own expense. Letter of Introduction (Must be signed) Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three letters and must be signed) NCLB Compliance (Transcripts verifying 48 units, AA or Bachelors degree; or proof Instructional Aide Exam passage.) Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of HS diploma or HS transcripts verifying graduate date; or the equivalent) Resume
