Victim Notification Team Lead
to oversee the FBI's Child Exploitation Notification Program (CENP), Victim Outreach Support & Strategy Team (VOSS) and Victim Notification System (VNS) in a supervisory capacity to help ensure that the FBI's responsibility for timely notification is met. This position will fulfill requests for VSD victim services providers, assisting the VNS coordinator, CENP coordinator, VOSS coordinator and VSD management directly. The

Team Lead
will oversee the processing of victim contact information, case documentation and the validation and verification of case files in multiple case management systems.

Responsibilities
Oversee VNAs/VOSS and CENPs in a supervisory capacity
Fulfills requests for VSD victim services providers
Assisting the VNS coordinator, CENP coordinator, VOSS coordinator and VSD management directly
Overseeing the processing of victim contact information, case documentation
Validation and verification of case files in multiple case management systems
When directed, perform quality assurance and report generation, and create VNS accounts for victim services providers after the VNS coordinator provides approval
Presenting during briefings, meetings, and training when needed by the coordinator
Review weekly reports and take action as needed
Work with the coordinator to update SOPs
Provide on-the-job training to new victim notification analysts
Assist in maintaining the VNS for numerous Field Offices and Resident Agencies, as well as headquarters, and provide additional support on duties as assigned
Responsible for managing the other contractors on the contract, interviewing new candidates and coordinating all hiring requirements
Setting deadlines and allocating resources effectively to meet objectives
Oversee the project's day-to-day scheduling, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and team members are appropriately assigned their responsibilities
Submit the AWS requests (in-office & telework) to VSD Management for consideration.
Submit daily attendance report the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and VSD PMs
Ensure that the team operates cohesively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear direction and continuous support
Hold regular team meetings to ensure the staff remains compliant with customer policies and procedures, addressing any issues promptly.
Review and submit completed alternate work schedule tasks, ensuring all necessary adjustments are made for smooth workflow.
Monitor the progress of the project, making adjustments as necessary to keep on track, and implement corrective actions swiftly if needed
Work closely with customer program managers and team leads to streamline processes and increase program efficiency, leading to greater productivity and overall project success
Provide administrative support to customer program managers when needed
Qualifications
Must be able to work onsite in Washington D.C.
Must possess a current and active Top-Secret clearance. Applicants must already hold this clearance. Clearance sponsorship, processing, reinstatement, or upgrades cannot be provided
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Education can be substituted with four (4) years of experience in a professional work environment performing similar administrative tasks to those outlined above
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a professional work environment
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in preparing presentation materials for a wide audience
Communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating program details, providing detailed analysis and recommendations, communicating with personnel and all levels of management
Experience working in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience producing written documentation, to include procedures and instruction
Experience managing, tracking, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously and with meeting short deadlines
Ability to recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions to problems
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Minimum one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Excel 2008 or later version in a professional work environment to include:
Creating new spreadsheets
Entering data, auto fill features adding and adjusting columns and rows
Sorting, Filtering and Freezing Panes
Moving and copying worksheets within a workbook
Separating data in one cell to multiple cells using Text - to - Columns
Grouping data together using the Concatenate function
Working knowledge of basic excel formulas
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited university
