Summary of Job Duties:
• General office duties such as data entry, word processing, copying, filing, and preparing correspondence
• Advising on the admission and/or enrollment processes
• Evaluating student applications and credentials for admissions and/or financial aid
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on various statistics
• Coordinating with other University departments to provide needed services
• Develop and present information in a variety of forums
• Assist with the coordination of New Student Orientation
• Creates, coordinates and reviews communications for consistency of messaging across multiple areas.
• Other duties as assigned by staff
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Professional in all interactions with students, staff, faculty, and others
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work with and understand details
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Be familiar with University campus with ability to give good directions to visitors/students

Previous experience in Enrollment Services (Admissions, Orientation or Recruitment)
