Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a
Training & UX Specialist
to support Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) with DCO AI Cyber Security Support.

Location: Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you will develop training programs and ensures user-centered design for analytic platforms, enabling staff to use tools efficiently and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop training programs for data engineers, analysts, and operators
Conduct UX research and usability testing
Design user interfaces following UX best practices
Facilitate collaboration through shared environments
Create training documentation and tutorials
Collect user feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Experience in instructional design and training development
Must have UX certifications
Knowledge of UX design principles and methods
Proficiency with training and collaboration tools
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Understanding of adult learning principles
U.S Citizenship required
DoD TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Instructional design certifications preferred
8 years of specific experience
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HCI, or related field

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
