The Training Assistant IV will provide headquarters-level training support to Mission Delta 31 (MD 31), co-locating with MD 31 HQ staff to administer the Instructor Certification Course (ICC) and Evaluator Certification Course (ECC), and to generate staff-level training and evaluation reporting for HQ leadership.
Responsibilities
Instructor & Evaluator Course Administration
Manage the administration and scheduling of the MD 31 Instructor Certification Course (ICC) and Evaluator Certification Course (ECC), approximately 11 iterations per year.
Coordinate, schedule, and deconflict course dates for staff and line instructor selectees.
Maintain, manage, and control the ICC/ECC curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
HQ Reporting & Coordination
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual staff training and evaluation reports from PEX for HQ leadership.
Maintain and publish the integrated training schedule across MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook calendars.
Serve as the co-located HQ point of contact for training scheduling and reporting matters.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
6+ years of relevant training administration, records management, or scheduling experience.
Demonstrated experience coordinating recurring courses and multi-stakeholder scheduling.
Strong written communication skills for leadership-level reporting.
Active SECRET security clearance required.
This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
