Summary:
Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Team Lead - CIVDEP.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Lead day-to-day CIVDEP support activities.
Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and recruiting support.
Support acquisition program management, risk, schedules, business operations, and acquisition analysis.
Standardize processes and monitor performance across assigned personnel.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
DoD/DHA acquisition environment.
Project/program management.
Risk and schedule management.
Process improvement and business operations.
Senior Government stakeholder support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
Travel: Up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
Current PAE MP CIVDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
DoDI 5000 / AAF.
PPBE and acquisition planning.
Integrated Master Scheduling.
DHA medical product development experience.

Pay and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
