DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will have an opportunity to utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate consumer care through the supervision of nursing staff. This role also requires frequent collaboration with colleagues, subordinates, and other staff to ensure continuity of care. Some key responsibilities of the position include advocating for consumers, directing and overseeing the delivery of consumer care, and regularly reviewing nursing services. Adheres to a 6-week rotating shift pattern, working every third weekend and rotating holiday duties. This may change based on operational needs.Overtime as operationally necessaryTelework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
