DESCRIPTION OF WORK The role of Quality Assurance/Risk Management Specialist requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments. In this position, you will ensure that our facility meets all state and federal regulations for the quality of resident care. Your duties will involve analyzing and evaluating data, identifying areas of noncompliance, and implementing solutions to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Your work will directly impact the well-being and satisfaction of our residents, making this an important and rewarding position.Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Two years of professional experience as a member of a multiple disciplinary treatment team in a public or private health care facility and a bachelor's degree; orTwo years of clinical experience in an human services agency, including one year of administrative, evaluative, or consultative experience in a health care program; and a bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, nursing, health care administration, behavioral sciences or a related field; orAny equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
