Requirements / Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent AND: *Six months experience working with children in a structured environment or college level classes in child behavior, child growth and development, education or child psychology is required. If you are applying for this position based on the six college units in the above areas *Current CPR and First Aide certification Transcripts, CPR and First Aide Certification must be attached to application Lancaster School District DOES NOT accept online CPR and First Aide Classes Applicants must successfully complete each part of the examination process in order to be considered further. WRITTEN TEST: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2018, 9:00 A.M. LOCATION: LANCASTER SCHOOL DISTRICT’S BOARD ROOM (Late arrivals are not allowed entry) PERFORMANCE TEST: TBD SCORING: Written examination will carry a weight of 100% All examinations must be pass with 75% or better. An eligibility list will be in effect for 6 months or until less than 3 applicants remain on the list. If five (5) qualified applicants from the Lancaster School District demonstrate the ability to meet the job qualifications, the position will be filled on a promotional basis. If less than five (5) District applicants demonstrate the ability to meet the qualifications, the position will be filled through open examination.
