Part-Time Dietitian

Job Description

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center provides
specialized care
for
clients
diagnosed
with
mental illness. We are looking for a positive and energetic Dietitian who has an interest in helping individuals with mental illness maximize their potential.
Responsibilities:
Complete initial and annual nutrition assessments of all assigned patients
Follow-up with patients weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on nutrition risk
Provide individualized interventions based on patients’ nutrition/health goals
Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care of patients including treatment planning and rounds
Communication with Food Service staff - special dietary needs of assigned clients
Facilitate weekly nutrition-based groups with patients
Qualification:
Maintain registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and have current Missouri licensure.
