Ability to • Work independently • Follow directions and instructions • Work cooperatively with students, coworkers, teachers, and administrators • Be firm but fair in enforcing rules. • Listen, speak and communicate effectively • Have good judgment in matters of safety • Work with children in groups or individually EXPERIENCE: Required • None Desired (preference will be given to applicants with experience) • Experience in working with elementary age children.
