. Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).

You will work in a small cohesive unit alongside other helpful team members in many different sections of the MO HealthNet Division (MHD) and the Department of Social Services (DSS) as well as other State agencies and external parties.

What you’ll do:
Answer main phone lines
Triage and respond to emails received in the Division inbox
Receive and sort Divisional mail
Report, log and track maintenance requests
Maintain Printer/Toner inventory by ordering
toner
cartridges
and update tracking log
Ensure Purchase Orders and Invoices meet deadlines and are stored appropriately
Be responsible for a state purchasing card and order items as needed
Schedule meetings as assigned
Participate in meetings to identify problem areas and develop solutions
Assist team members and perform other projects as needed
Support Senior Managers as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Work independently and be able to contribute to the team
Good analytical skills with attention to detail
Be well organized and keep track of duties and projects to bring to a successful closure
Maintain effective working relationships with State agency co-workers, providers/provider’s accountants, and other parties requiring information or assistance
Strong verbal and written communication skills to relay information to providers, MHD team, and others
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Excellent attendance.
