THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will work within the EBR IT DC to provide high level IT support for Pennsylvania Lottery systems, platforms, and protections. Responsibilities involve providing primary IT support for state and multi-state Lottery drawings and the Internal Control System and serving as a secondary technical contact providing maintenance and support through the analysis and resolution of complex issues for the Lottery Retailer and Employee portals. This includes system administration, day to day monitoring, interface management, requirements management, troubleshooting and resolution of issues, quality assurance and management, and multi-tiered technical support of diverse and complex technical environments. Our team will also rely on you to maintain effective multi-level working relationships with diverse technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders, provide feedback to upper management on the effect of current technical advancements and trends on the Lottery’s current applications, and provide training to appropriate personnel on newly developed systems and processes.
