Job Description

Requirements / Qualifications: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Experience: • Five years of employment in the field of teaching, social work or school counseling working with school-age children and/or families in underserved communities. • Two years or more years of experience in an educational leadership position closing opportunity gaps for specialized student populations with measurable impact. Education: A Master’s degree in Education or a related field from an institution of higher learning accredited by one of the six regional accreditation associations as recognized by the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation. LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE (Must attach credential with document number on it.) Must possess and maintain the following credentials: • A valid California Pupil Services Credential is required • A valid Child Welfare and Attendance authorization (CWA) is also strongly preferred. OR • A valid K-12 Teaching Credential (Single Subject or Multiple Subject) AND a valid California Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility is required.
