DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position plays a key role in delivering medical care and supporting the health of individuals within Selinsgrove Center. The work involves ongoing evaluation, treatment, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. As a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, you will perform the following duties:Medical Care: Provide evaluations, examinations, and follow-up care for assigned individualsDaily Rounds: Observe individuals, review conditions, and document findings during regular roundsClinical Oversight: Order required studies and maintain detailed documentation in medical recordsFamily Communication: Make direct contact with families or guardians during important medical eventsTeam Collaboration: Meet with team members to discuss psychotropic medications and overall care needsRegulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of Medical Assistance and community standards and apply them in daily workInterested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for evening and weekend coverage is required.Overtime as operationally necessaryTelework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. FREE parking!You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
