specialized
care
for
clients
diagnosed
with mental illness. Receiving is looking for a detailed oriented Administrative Support Assistant to support the Material Management department.
Responsibilities
:
·
Work
with
IT
to
address
all
landline
and cellphone issues
for
the Eastern
Region
·
Tracking
new
uniform
issuance,
return
and
exchanges
·
Keeping
inventory
supplies/movers data entry,
and
motor
pool/Fleet wave
system
data
entries
·
Assigned
other
duties
as
needed
·
Enter SDS/MSDS into system
Eligibility

Planning
and
utilizing
efficient
time
management
skills
to
meet
deadlines
·
Proficient
knowledge
of
computer
software
(Microsoft
Word,
Excel)
·
Good
problem
solving
and
organizational
skills

Excellent

and

to
