Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,467.39 * Starting Salary: $35,217.36
This
is
a
second-level
vocational
position
accountable
for
completing
standard
accounting
tasks using established processes, procedures, and regulations. This is an Accounts Assistant position for the Cashier’s office.
Responsibilities
:
Monitors client accounts, processes transactions for CIMOR, Revolving Fund, Activity Fund and MHTF.
Documenting and maintaining client valuables and funds.
Client admissions and discharges making sure that all personal items including cash are accounted for and returned to client upon discharge.
Handling cash on a daily basis and documenting all transactions and maintaining all records for such transactions.
Sells lunch tickets and stamps, distributes consumer pay checks and processes checks for the facility and client needs.
Requirements of knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II.
Eligibility
