Senior FPA Test Engineer!

What You'll Do:
Lead system design, development, and validation of advanced focal plane array (FPA) test solutions
Develop novel test methodologies and analysis techniques for infrared sensor characterization
Design, build, and maintain test stations, including electronics and cryogenic systems
Perform testing and troubleshooting of IR/visible FPAs, ROICs, ASICs, and detectors
Analyze test data and present findings to internal teams, program managers, and customers
Support customer engagements (pre- and post-sale), including requirements definition and field support
Develop and maintain test procedures, documentation, and ERP-based tracking/reporting systems
What You Need:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in infrared detector performance and FPA test methodologies
Experience with test system development, hardware integration, and validation
Knowledge of ROICs, ASICs, and cryogenic test environments
Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and diagnosing complex technical issues
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support flexible schedules
(including occasional weekend testing)
US citizenship due to access restrictions
