Mid-level Communications/Change Management Analyst
to provide support to communications and change management initiatives for the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). This role will assist with planning, developing, and executing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement to facilitate program adoption and understanding.

Responsibilities
Support development and implementation of communications and change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Formulate informational strategies to promote understanding of programs and procedures for target audiences.
Develop communication content such as talking points, bulletins, brochures, blog posts, feature stories, briefings, and presentations.
Analyze program communications effectiveness and compliance with policies; provide insights and recommendations.
Use project management techniques to coordinate events/informational campaigns.
Prepare technical reports, correspondence, policy memoranda, and other documentation.
Consult with staff on communication development and presentation; review written work for content, style, and presentation.
Assist in stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessments, and training coordination.
Support business operations by researching, compiling, and analyzing information for communication guidance.
Perform miscellaneous duties to support office operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
3+ years of experience in communications, change management, or related business operations support
Experience with IT operations communications preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience
5 years' experience in Corporate Communications/Change Management
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or project management (PMP)
Experience within federal agencies or similar regulatory environments;
Experience with FHFA/OCIO operations and policies
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to develop and deliver effective communications and change management materials
Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills
Knowledge of policy dissemination and IT governance communication requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Team-oriented and self-motivated with attention to detail.
Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
