manufacture

looking
for
an
SMT
Operator
who
enjoys
working
with
precision
equipment,
takes
pride
in
quality
workmanship,
and
wants
to
contribute
to
products

impact.
What
You'll
Do
Set
up
and
operate
SMT
production
equipment,
including
solder
paste
printers
and
pick-and-place
machines.
Load
materials
and
prepare
components
for
production
runs.
Perform
visual
inspections
and
identify
product
defects.
Conduct
testing,
review
results,
and
package
finished
products.
Perform
preventive
maintenance,
troubleshooting,
and
basic
repairs
on
SMT
equipment
and
production
tools.
Organize,
track,
and
store
raw
materials,
including
reels
and
PCBs.
Collaborate
with
team
members
to
resolve
production
issues
and
drive
process
improvements.
Report
quality
concerns
and
contribute
ideas
to
improve
efficiency
and
product
quality.
What

Required
Qualifications
Strong
attention
to
detail
and
commitment
to
producing
high-quality
work.
Ability
to
follow
written
instructions
and
learn
new
equipment
and
processes.
Good
hand-eye
coordination
and
manual
dexterity
when
working
with
small
components
and
tools.
Flexibility
to
adapt
to
changing
priorities
and
production
schedules.
Ability
to
lift
up
to
20
lbs
(9
kg).
Strong
teamwork
and
communication
skills.
High
school
diploma
or
equivalent.
Preferred
Qualifications
Experience
with
PCBA
soldering
and
SMT
component
rework.
Experience
working
in
an
electronics
manufacturing
environment.
