Job Description
Plans directs, coordinates, and monitors the day-to-day operations of the Job Skills Training Program; develops, implements, and evaluates program operations and services; Supervises program beneficiaries and volunteers; ensures work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations; manages all case management work; prepares and monitors program expenditures in compliance with program budget. Enrolls prospective clients in the program, ensures maintenance of accurate records, and ensures the clients' basic living needs are met while on the program.
Key responsibilities:
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with community agencies in order to maintain awareness of resources and make appropriate referrals.
Develop and implement strategies.
Conducts the intake of perspective clients. conducts exit interviews and processes exit paperwork. Prepares and maintains accurate individual files for all clients.
Sets up counseling session with counselor when needed and appropriate.
Provides basic TSA social services for all program participants.
Coordinates needed services and scholarships with the TSA Social Services Department.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Services or related field and.
Two years progressively responsible experience administering and developing social service programs
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Valid State Driver's License.
