Job
Objective
:

Maintain
property and
grounds
accordance with acceptable standards of safety,
cleanliness
and appearance. Properties include building, grounds and equipment serving the building.

Essential Functions:

Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum
hallways, sta
irs,
restrooms
and office space

Empty all trash

P
rovide minor building maintenance, minor painting, and other related maintenanc
e activities

I
nspect and notify
management concerning needs for major rep
airs,
safety
or security issues

Advise
direct supervisor of janito
rial and building supply needs

Provide
routine outside maintenance. Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk. Mows lawn, trims shrubbery, and
cultivates flowers as assigned

Follow
schedule for cleaning windows, fu
rniture, and floors polishing

Set up fur
niture for meetings as
required

Assist
with unloading and put away of any don
ations received

Assist
with restocking pantry when monthly order arrives.

Assist
with seasonal activities
and
assistance

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience

Janitorial and
maintenance
expe
rience preferred but not
