Information Technologist 3 (IT3), PN 20050857
What You Will Do:
Answering the telephone & responding to emails received for the IT help desk;
Assisting customers who have issues with their hardware, software, desk phone, cellular phone, printers, fax;
Provides support for assistive technology equipment and software;
Troubleshooting with customers to determine the nature of and resolution for reported issues;
Assisting with IT equipment deployment;
Updating & repairing IT hardware and software;
Assisting with business process analysis;
Creates and updates technical documentation as needed;
Monitoring & assisting users with third party IT supported devices.
