Assembly & Test (A&T)
Engineering Technician
to
join them
. You will report to the Sr. Operations Coordinator and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise,
demonstrated
ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and
demonstrated
ability to perform simple addition, subtraction,
multiplication
and division.
At least 5 years of relevant A&T experience.

As
an
A&T Engineering Technician
, you will:

Perform development hydraulic test and assembly approximately 40-50% of the time to ensure department requirements and turnaround times are met.
Provide engineering support to solve challenging problems on a complex product
line and
serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns from Assembly & Test personnel
.

Provide technical guidance to Assembly & Test personnel and serve as an assembly process expert for inquiries from all functions
,
utilizing
strong written and verbal communication skills.
Support Assembly & Test operations by performing product and process improvement projects
.
Ensure product inte
grity of all hardware on the product line through failure investigations and escalations when
required
, using hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Provide clear production instructions to Assembly & Test personnel to
maintain
efficiency including formal Work Instructions and Electronic Historical Record (EHR) entries.
Support equipment evaluation and implementation to meet production requirements including assembly fixtures and tools, production flow-line systems, and test equipment
.
Work directly with engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions.

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $32.00-$40.00 Hourly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
