Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience to support global transformation and manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Production Planning processes, cross-functional SAP integration, and end-to-end project delivery within manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Analyze business requirements and provide scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and global template standards.
Participate in Fit-to-Template and Explore workshops during SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
Lead and support full lifecycle SAP implementations, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Drive integration activities between SAP PP and other SAP modules including EWM, FICO, WM, and MM.
Support manufacturing planning and execution processes for discrete manufacturing environments.
Manage and support master data, production planning, Kanban processes, and graphical planning board activities.
Assist in data migration activities involving master data and transactional data using standard SAP toolsets.
Act as a "Template Defender" to ensure compliance with global design standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources throughout project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of SAP project experience with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).

Kanban Processes
Graphical Planning Board
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and SAP integration concepts.
Experience integrating SAP PP with:
SAP EWM
SAP FICO
SAP WM
SAP MM
Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP end-to-end implementations.
Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
Experience conducting Fit-to-Template and Explore workshops.
Experience providing business-focused SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Experience with data migration concepts, master data, and transaction object migration.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Planning and Control (LMPC).
Experience in global template deployment projects.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate
A senior SAP PP functional consultant who can lead SAP S/4HANA manufacturing implementations, drive business process improvements, support global template deployments, and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Travel Requirement
Up to 50% travel required, including approximately 10-12 weeks of travel during a 6-9-month rollout period.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
