Hours: Second shift available/Will work weekends. Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience in: social work, criminal justice, counseling and guidance, human development and the family, psychology, behavioral health care, education, social/behavioral sciences, nursing/patient care, delinquency prevention or related area. Experience leading, coordinating, directing, monitoring and/or supervising others. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year experience with crisis management, adolescent development, and/or verbal de-escalation. Other: Valid driver's license. Must be age 21 to work with youth located at YRTC. This position requires proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language effectively.
