We are seeking a highly skilled
T&T PMO Start-up Lead
with a strong background in
software engineering
to support the initiation, governance, and execution of transformation programs. This role combines
technical expertise with program coordination
, ensuring effective start-up, structure, and delivery of projects within Technology & Transformation (T&T) environments.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in
software development
, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges while establishing project governance and standards.
What you'll do:
Contribute to
software development projects
, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging complex and critical components.
Support the
start-up and governance of programs and projects
, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in
design discussions, requirements definition, and code reviews
.
Act as a
technical subject matter expert (SME)
, providing guidance and support to project teams.
Assist in solving
complex technical challenges
, researching and proposing innovative solutions.
Support the definition of
software requirements, technical specifications, and delivery frameworks
.
Troubleshoot and resolve
production issues
, working closely with operations and support teams.
Contribute to the
evaluation and adoption of new technologies and best practices
.
Mentor and guide
junior team members
, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth.
Support PMO activities such as
project tracking, reporting, and process standardization
.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Typically
5+ years of relevant experience
, including
2+ years in a similar technical or program coordination role
.
Strong experience in
software engineering and development practices
.
Proficiency in
one or more programming languages and development methodologies
.
Excellent
coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
.
Familiarity with
software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management frameworks
.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to take ownership of
complex technical and program challenges
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related field (a plus).
Experience in
PMO environments, program start-up, or transformation initiatives (T&T)
.
Certifications or training in
project management, Agile, or software engineering practices
.
