Training Specialist
to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of workforce training programs for employees and supervisors. This role facilitates training sessions, evaluates effectiveness through participant feedback and performance outcomes, and updates instructional materials to improve learning results. The position may support specialized training areas such as leadership, supervisory development, or other mission-related workforce initiatives. The
Training Specialist
supports the administration, delivery, and evaluation of workforce development, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, rotational assignment, job shadowing, and related employee development programs.

Responsibilities
Support leadership programs and related advanced leadership development initiatives, including enterprise leadership pathways, executive development efforts, and other strategic talent development programs
Plan, facilitate, and execute processes for leadership boards, review panels, competitive selections, and other workforce development planning and governance activities
Maintain internal SharePoint sites and support related tools, learning management systems, mandatory training tracking, program metrics, and data requests
Develop schedules, procedures, agendas, meeting minutes, training and briefing materials, and presentations in support of program operations, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement
Provide administrative and operational support for workforce development activities, including travel coordination, project tracking, and leadership presentations
Support coaching, mentoring, rotational assignments, job shadowing, and other employee development programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, training, business, or related field
10 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
Strong communication, coordination, facilitation, and organizational skills
Active Secret clearance
Experience in training management for a federal government organization
Successfully pass background and drug screening

Estimated Salary/Wage
USD $110,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $140,000.00/Yr.
