Employee is responsible for assisting and/or instructing individuals in performing variety of therapy activities in accordance with well prescribed procedures. Employee works under the close supervision of a technical superior and is responsible for assisting and/or instructing individuals in therapy activities such as performing basic living skills, sensorimotor activities, psychosocial activities or preparing individuals for therapy treatments; observes and records individual's progress; requisitions supplies and materials; maintains work areas and equipment.

THERAPY ASSISTANT

Provides support in planning, implementing and administering activities and providing instruction.
Assists therapist in developing treatment plans and conducting evaluations.
Confers with therapist and others to discuss and evaluate individual's information for planning, modifying or coordinating treatment.
