Join a vibrant team of Activity Aides and Therapists leading residents in engaging experiences and community outings. At Stockley, we believe in Active Treatment and meaningful interaction, supported by a dedicated activity team. This position assigns, assesses, evaluates, monitors, and supervises therapeutic programs and staff, trains staff, schedules a robust calendar, ensures and supports person-centered plans, completes and reviews assessments and documentation to meet regulations and standards, and serves as Administrator on Duty as assigned.

THERAPIST

Administers treatment, applying knowledge of applicable therapy discipline.
Plans and prepares written treatment plans based on evaluation of individual's data.
Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatment to achieve maximum benefit.
Instructs, motivates and assists individuals in performance of various activities and use of support devices.
Instructs individuals, their families and other treatment staff in treatment procedures.
Prepares records and reports on individual's progress.
