We at DXC are looking for a new ServiceNow Architect with ITOM skills and experience, for our Danish delivery team within the DXC ServiceNow Practice Denmark.
The Delivery team is part of a bigger CNEE team working across borders to bring value and solutions to our clients across Europe.
As a consultant you will work with colleagues and customers to digitize IT and business processes in the ServiceNow platform, delivering the best value for the customers.
ServiceNow is the biggest and best service management platform in the world, and you will be part of the worldwide ServiceNow ecosystem, working with the best tools in the business. Using your skills and knowledge, you will guide customers in their ServiceNow journey, designing services and building new optimized processes within ServiceNow.
We work in professional teams to whom quality and delivering real value is a mindset for everyone. You will work with Implementation consultants, Business Analysts, Engagement Managers and Solutioning specialists to deliver the most value when analyzing, documenting, and improving business for customers.
The ServiceNow practice is a highly important and strategic area for DXC, and we are expanding rapidly.

You will be required to have a background in IT and have knowledge of IT infrastructure and ITIL processes, if not with ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities:
Guide and challenge customers on implementations and build the best possible ServiceNow platform to meet customer demands and expectations
Design IT services and business processes and implement these for customers in the ServiceNow platform
Ability to lead a team of developers - local and/or near/offshore, realize the scope of the projects you will be part of
Build applications in ServiceNow with the "low-code/no-code" mindset as well as using Best Practice and Customer First when coding
Challenge customers on their current IT and ITIL processes and optimize using a value driven mindset
Join and work in a forward-thinking, value driven delivery team where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and personal development is key
Work with near-shore and off-shore consultants in teams, to deliver the most value for customers in Denmark, Nordics and EMEA region
Engage, build, and maintain personal relationships with customers and colleagues
Demonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing those features/benefits of relevant ServiceNow solutions and DXC service offerings which meet specific customer' needs
Utilize DXCs learning capabilities to build and maintain knowledge that bring value to customers
Qualifications:
A background as Product Owner of Configuration Management and/or proven solutioning/development history within the ITOM suite of ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow as architect, developer, backend fulfiller or equivalent
Experience as IT Architect with IT Architecture and Service Design
Experience with Customer Engagement, and relationships
Experience with coding and scripting and/or integrations is an advantage
Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes, and the ability to translate this from demands to implementation
Knowledge and experience with implementing the ITOM suite of ServiceNow. Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery is considered key to the role
Mindset of wanting of help customers understand the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform and how to deliver that value through implementations
Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
Maturity, professionalism, and judgement; ability to excel with minimum supervision
Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the office
Fluent in Danish and English
