We are seeking an experienced

Service Delivery Manager

to oversee service delivery operations and ensure high-quality execution for client accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing delivery teams, aligning service outcomes with business objectives, and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise functional teams or account leads for assigned accounts to ensure delivery objectives are met
Develop demand forecasts with account teams to support planning and end-to-end service delivery
Work with functional teams to plan projects and workload forecasts, and oversee resolution of account-specific service issues
Monitor and approve account expenditures in line with policies; ensure adherence to budget and recommend variances if required
Collaborate with management, lines of service, and clients to manage relationships between delivery and consumer groups
Identify and monitor service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure delivery meets client expectations
Partner with functional teams to integrate new, enhanced, and existing service offerings for accounts
Support hiring activities, including selection, training, performance evaluation, and development of team members
Address performance issues and recommend personnel actions such as salary adjustments, transfers, or terminations to management
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (including

minimum 5 years studied or worked in the US and returned to Vietnam
)
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
At least

6 years of experience

in support services, project, or program roles
Minimum

2 years of leadership experience
Experience in the

technology industry
Experience working with company products and operating systems
Other Qualifications
Good project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Leadership and organizational capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to travel when required
Work Environment
Office-based,

5 days per week
