Join our aerospace engineering team and lead innovative R&D projects, from
Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to New Product Introduction (NPI)
. In this role, you'll drive project success by managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate aerospace R&D projects from planning through execution.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
Monitor project performance, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical targets are achieved.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities across engineering and functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
Fluent English.
