LMI is seeking an onsite
Program Operations Coordinator
at Fort Bragg, NC to support a Department of War mission partner.
The Program Ops Coordinator will provide direct support to the Chief of Staff and broader staff organization, synchronizing daily operations, managing organizational priorities, and ensuring the timely execution of assigned actions.
This position requires an organized, proactive professional capable of operating effectively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

This position is onsite at Fort Bragg, NC 5 days a week and requires an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Support the Chief of Staff in directing and synchronizing the organization's daily operations, priorities, and administrative requirements.
Coordinate organizational calendars, meetings, battle-rhythm events, and senior-leader engagements.
Develop, issue, track, and close organizational taskings, requests for information, and other staff actions.
Coordinate actions across functional staff sections to ensure requirements are properly assigned, synchronized, and completed within established timelines.
Maintain organizational calendars, task trackers, decision logs, suspense-management tools, and other staff-management products.
Prepare meeting agendas, read-ahead materials, briefing products, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Capture decisions, assigned actions, responsible parties, and completion timelines during staff meetings and synchronization events.
Monitor organizational priorities and proactively identify overdue actions, scheduling conflicts, coordination gaps, and emerging requirements.
Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, staff processes, templates, and knowledge-management resources.
Facilitate communication and information flow among leadership, staff sections, mission partners, and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain professional products and collaborative workflows using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Support special projects and other operational requirements as directed by the Chief of Staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Active Secret security clearance.
Previous experience with or exposure to U.S. Special Operations Forces.
Demonstrated experience supporting program operations, staff coordination, organizational management, or senior-leader activities.
Subject-matter expertise with Microsoft 365 products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Experience managing calendars, meetings, taskings, suspenses, and staff actions across multiple functional areas.
Experience working within a headquarters, program office, command group, front office, or operational staff.
Familiarity with military staff processes, battle rhythms, task-management systems, and executive-level correspondence.
Advanced experience developing dashboards, trackers, briefing materials, and collaborative workflows using Microsoft 365 tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a high-tempo environment.
Ability to work effectively with government civilians, military personnel, contractors, and senior leaders.
Ability to work independently while coordinating across a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, public administration, organizational leadership, national security, or a related discipline.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Experience supporting robotics, autonomous systems, emerging technology, or technical capability-development programs.

The target salary range for this position is $135,000-$145,100
The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
